Hello,

As a site administrator I should have access to all pages and posts even with restricted access. The truth is that when I protect a page for a particular member level, neither I, as an administrator, can see that page.

Nope. That’s not how this plugin works. The protected pages of this plugin is visible to users who has an entry in this plugin with a membership level (so the permission can be applied according to the membership levels). This is not something we can change unfortunately.
