 * after downloading the 3.8 version of wordpress update my widget area on admin
   panel changed drasticly. the sidebars used to be vertically listed on the right
   side so that i wouldnt need to scroll all the way down on my widgets ,
 * i couldnt find any info about it but now it looks like this

 * is it possible to change it to the old appeareace?
