Admin VERY SLOW

    Hi, recently, my WP Admin became excruciatingly slow-never was slow before. My web hosting techs tell me this is due to the fact my iThemes security is sending too many queries out, and also that the database may need to be flushed. Can someone please advise me on this issue, and explain how I can return normal speed to my admin functionality by tweaking iThemes? Thank so much!

    I just wanted to add that I also have “Jetpack Pesonal” installed. Would this cause a conflict with iThemes?
