Admin UI pane exapand / close button not working

    Hey, in wordpress 3.0 all the UI pane expand stopped working. It’s not consistent but happens in Firefox, Chrome and IE mostly in post edit… in dashboard i can still expand the left dock options but inside post edit all stops working so i can’t use much of the interface. image addition also doesn’t pop-up as before rather opens up in a new page completely.

    anyone else has that behavior?
