Admin UI Language is Mixed

    Hi. WooCommerce Admin is displaying content in both English and Spanish. The site language is CO-ES, but admin user profile is US-EN. WooCommerce Admin should use the user profile language and not the site language in Admin UI. There are several places where this occurs but this is a great example where the info panel is in English but the error messages are in Spanish.
