Admin toolbar won’t load

    The setting page for Admin Toolbar cannot be fully loaded.
    It loads the content but nothing can be clicked or selected and the loadind icon on chrome tab keeps spinning until Chrome freeze with the error RESULT_CODE_HUNG

    Firefox wont’ work too: it asks to block the loading of the page which seems to slows down the site.

    Plugin version: 7.26
    WP Version: 5.7.2
    PHP: 7.2.34 (I’ve tried also with 7.4.20 without success. With 7.4 content is not loaded at all)
    Theme: Divi 4.8.2 (child)

    Hi @bipolab,

    Sorry in this instance, I am not 100% sure what the issue could be. Have you tried deactivating all other plugins and using a standard theme like Twenty Twenty (or something like that)?

    Good morning,
    it seems to be a issue with Divi.
    With twenty-thing theme the page has been loaded and I coould save the settings.

    Hi @bipolab,

    Good to know. As the issue is on our settings page, it likely means that Divi is running its styles and scripts too liberally and it is interfering with our styles/scripts. So you should contact them to see if there’s ways to mitigate this. Of course you can always deactivate Divi will changing the settings of the plugin and then turn it back on. I hope that helps 🙂
