Admin Toolbar Shows Even When Not Checked in Users Profile

    Even when I don’t check Show Toolbar when viewing site. The toolbar show for all users above subscriber. Is this possibly a plugin causing this or is it just 3.3.2 ?

    I am using a front end post and would like to keep all users out of the dashboard. Is this possible with 3.3.2 ?
