# admin theme does not show properly

 * install wordpress 3.8 successfully but my admin page not show properly help me
   to resolve this problem…

    Looks like the CSS is messed up. What is the warning message you
   get on the top of the page? Sorry the image is too small and I cant read it.

 * Try:
    – switching to the default theme by renaming your current theme’s folder
   inside wp-content/themes and adding “-old” to the end of the folder name using
   [FTP](http://codex.wordpress.org/FTP_Clients) or whatever file management application
   your host provides.
 * – [resetting the plugins folder](http://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ_Troubleshooting#How_to_deactivate_all_plugins_when_not_able_to_access_the_administrative_menus.3F)
   by FTP or phpMyAdmin.
 * – re-uploading all files & folders – **except** the wp-content folder and the
   wp-config.php & root .htaccess files – from a **fresh** download of WordPress.
   Make sure that you delete the old copies of files & folder before uploading the
   new ones.
 * – running the upgrade manually via wp-admin/upgrade.php

    warning message not show this

 * But i recently upload manually fresh wordpress 3.8 … and again i am re-uploading
   fresh wordpress is took lots of time ….. 🙁

 * Yes, tahseensw. I know it could be frustrating but ofter time re-uploading the
   software is a good way to fix a problem.

 * Again i am reinstall wordpress 3.8 but this problem not fix what can i do…..

 * Can you see the front end of your WordPress site normally or is it also messed
   up? In other words, is the only problem you have with the messed up admin panel?
   What theme are you using? If you can still navigate through the messy admin area
   try changing the theme and see if the issue still persists.
