 * Hi All
 * I hope you can help
    I’ve created a multisite and would like each site to have
   the same header and footer in the admin area.
 * I need to add in CSS and javascript files from a particular theme. What is the
   best way to do this?
 * Thanks
    Mark

 * Subjective best… In no particular order.
 * 1) Edit the themes directly (bad idea when you consider upgrades, not so bad
   if you’ve made child themes)
 * 2) Create a plugin that does it and network activate it
 * 3) Create an mu-plugin to do it.
