Admin showing limited menu (No multisite)

    After installing the plugin https://www.role-editor.com/ the menu of the admin doesn’t show the full functionality as:

    – Upload Plugin
    – Manage User
    – Delete Plugin
    – Updates
    – Etc..

    in general what is compatible with the Multi Site installation but I’ve checked and the multisite installation is not enable.

    I have also:
    – Removed the plugin
    – restore the information for the use in the DB ad a:1:{s:13:”administrator”;s:1:”1″;}
    – copied new files in the admin folder from a fresh installation

    Somebody can help? It will be really appreciated.
