    Hello,

    Some weird thing happened today,

I just made a fresh installation and after setting some things up like theme and plugins the admin screen does not give me an error but just blank.

I can login but that’s about it.

    Any idea’s?
    Roger

Try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via FTP or SFTP, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

    must be hosting issue

i asked the hosting company to install wordpress for me, now i even have a blank frontpage and backend 🙂

Ha! Yeah, a blank page means something is causing PHP to crash.

Now, if it’s just plain WordPress, and you’re running at least PHP 5.2.4, the issue is definitely your hosting provider.

it is set on php 5.5, i can even change it to 5.6 but donno if it is useful
