# Admin redirect to root

 * When i login to my admin panel i notice that there is a url redirect in the name
   
   when i type in [http://staging.workwebsite.com/client/wp-admin](http://staging.workwebsite.com/client/wp-admin)
 * It changes the url to the one bellow, and I’m unable to login
 * [http://staging.workwebsite.com/client/wp-login.php?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Fstaging.workwebsite.com&reauth=1](http://staging.workwebsite.com/client/wp-login.php?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Fstaging.workwebsite.com&reauth=1)
 * This didn’t happen when I was working on it locally. Whats causing it to redirect?
   I checked the siteurl and home in the db and they’re the correct urls
