Admin profiles display "Additional Capabilities" for only some users w/ same rol

Hi – I am trying to figure out why only some users who are assigned a particular role have “Additional Capabilities” of subscriber listed in their backend profiles. I 135 users assigned Level 0 role called “Expired Member,” and only 5 have this appearing in backend profiles. When I review their individual capabilities in AAM, I can see no differences, and, on the front end, content restrictions recognize the expired member role correctly. The “Additional Capabilities” displaying on their profiles is causing confusion. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!!
