 * Hi folks,
 * I made an update to my site about a week or two ago. Suddenly I’m not seeing
   the fields like address, phone number and some others that used to show on our
   page for members to be able to update. I’ve looked through this PHP file, and
   I’m no expert on PHP, but I can’t really tell what users table it referenced
   for this. I guess the question is, is there a straight forward way in which I
   can determine that from this page?
    I may have accidentally unchecked some columns
   from a table or view that could have caused this, but I’ve restored some tables
   in the last few days and they don’t show up. The backup is from Dec 30th. If
   anyone can give me guidance on this I’d appreciate this. Our DBA originally set
   up the tables and he’s been inundated with many personal matters lately.
 * The page I need help with: _[[log in](https://login.wordpress.org/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwordpress.org%2Fsupport%2Ftopic%2Fadmin-profile-page-issue%2F%3Foutput_format%3Dmd&locale=en_US)

 * Those fields are not a part of WordPress as-is, so it sounds like you just haven’t
   installed the plugin that provided them previously.

 * Thanks, James. I was under that impression, that they weren’t. Here’s the tricky
   part. Before I upgrade the WP version to 4.9.2 we had them in place on our profile
   page and now they’re gone! : (
    Does this mean there would have been a plug-in
   before that we were using on the prior version? FWIW, I do not yet have the Hobbyist
   version, although we’ll likely be upgrading to it.
 * Thanks,

 * The only way that would have happened exactly as described is if either:
 * 1. You were using a plugin which added those fields before the update, removed
   that plugin, and then did the update. (or removed the plugin right after the
   update)
 * 2. The plugin that added those fields is not compatible with WordPress 4.9.2.

 * Ok, turns out we weren’t using a plugin, but the user meta manager got updated
   along with the PHP page when we did the update. He reran it through a parser
   to get it to work again. Everything is included now.
    Thank you!
