# Admin Privileges Lost

 * when I attempted to access my dashboard today, I received the message “Sorry 
   you are not allowed to access this page”.
 * I deactivated my plugins one by one and my admin access only returned when I 
   deactivated the MailPoet plugin.
 * Please advise on what steps I should take to further troubleshoot this problem.

   any user management or user role editor plugins, installed?

 * Yes, I do have Members plugin installed and activated on 1 site (multisite).
 * Removing Members plugin from the plugin directory doesn’t solve the problem.
 * HOWEVER, I mistaken on my original post in that removing only Mailpoet restores
   access. I’ve discovered that removing either Mailpoet OR the WP Statistics plug-
   in restores admin access.
 * I will check in the WP Statistics support forum for assistance as well.
