Admin Photo Won’t Delete

    @barnaclebob

    I’m using the Magazine Basic template for a group-blog at thebloggersbulletin.org.

    I administer the site and I have been attempting to replace my photo — the one appearing on the profile page for “Chris Franklin.” I am able to delete the photo and a white box will show.

    But I cannot replace the original photo or white box on the profile page with a newly uploaded photo!!

    I upload the new photo, it appears to replace the old photo and I check the profile page and it shows the new photo in place. However, if I close the page and then come back to the site, I still see my old photo in place instead of the new one.

    I am using “Profile Pic” plug in. All other author photo related plugins I’ve added are deactivated (was having the same problem with or without these plugins active).

    Please help 🙂

    This could be a problem with your browser’s cache, rather than WordPress. In which case, it would not be a problem for anyone else except you.

    To see if this is the problem, try a Cross-Browser test site like http://browsershots.org/. Choose just your browser, version and operating system, and you should get pretty fast response.
