# Admin Pannel

 * In responsive , user go to frontend side to backend side then click on side panel
   then it not eble to open please check it.
   We check everthing it issue totally
   face because of your plugin.

 * Thank you for your reply.
 * First, set up any theme in your WordPress installation.
   Next, add the Advanced
   Ads plugin.
 * After that, open your theme on a mobile device and navigate from the frontend
   to the backend using the admin toolbar.
 * Then, try to access the side panel from the three dots at the top.
   If it doesn’t
   open, please let me know.
 * You can also replicate the issue after deactivating the Advanced Ads plugin.

 * thanks for the detailed reply.
 * I checked this using different standard themes, the Chrome, and Safari browser
   on the latest IOS and the Chrome browser on Android 14. It was always possible
   to access the side panel and its buttons.
 * Can you please provide more details about the browser, device and operating system
   you’re using?
 * Have you tried a different browser already?
