 * Hi,
 * I have an install of wordpress 2.8.4 where the entire admin panel isn’t available
   for some reason. I have no way to activate or install plugins, make changes to
   any of the internal features, etc. Has anyone seen this? What is the best way
   to fix it?

 * I meant to say dashboard is missing. I installed with fantastico. What would 
   be my best method to reinstall on this domain? It appears there is quite alot
   of things gone bad on this installation.

 * I didn’t just install it is an upgrade to an existing site so I already have 
   content on it
