Admin Panel Hook Question

    Hey I tried to locate the hook for the position above the WYSIWYG editor and can’t seem to locate it in code view. Has this changed?

    I need to add a custom icon up there in my next free plugin I’m working on and I must admit, this baffles me that there is no hook in the latest release.
