admin-panel error on text-fields, fix included

the 5 input fields do not properly allow editing of html. please see included patch for fix.
to try out the problem; input ‘<span class=”navigation”>’ as ‘before markup’, you’ll notice the problem right away.tl;dr: use esc_attr() when printing user input as element-attribute
