Admin panel crash after facebook plugin

I am building up my new wordpress site and I wanted to connect facebook so I installed the facebook plugin and know I can’t do anything anymore. On top there stands: You must configure the plugin to enable Facebook for WordPress. But the plugin doesn’t work. I can’t even go to the plugins to delete the facebook plugin. I can’t even make a new post. What to do?
