# Admin Page does not load – server error 500

 * I have installed the plugin on my box and navigated to the settings page to register
   the key but the page fails to load below the navigation for the dashboard. I’ve
   had a look at the console and is displays the following:-
 * Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal 
   Server Error)
 * I haven’t been able to diagnose beyond this. Other plugins all appear to be functioning
   correctly. Please can you help me to resolve the issue?
