Hi michamclain,
Thanks for using our plugin and writing this post. You seem to be correct, all of our notifications can be dismissed and should stay away when the dismiss cross has been clicked. When users, for example, dismiss the notification to leave a plugin review it never returns but somehow that does not seem to happen for this notification. Annoying indeed!
We will look into the issue and try to get the issue at hand solved with the next release.
Thanks for letting us know.
All the best,
Eva
Hi Micha,
Just to let you know we have just pushed out a new release of the plugin (version 7.2.6) that should fix the issue at hand.
Could you update the plugin and give it a try?
All the best,
Eva
I’ve just tested 7.2.6, issue still remains
Issue is not cache related, since everything has been flushed
Also, links (Remind me later, I would not, Review Here) don’t work either
Could you give it another try (version 7.2.7) ?
Hey there… I appreciate the quick replies and attempts to fix this, but unfortunately 7.2.7 does not fix this.
Maybe you’re unclear of the issues. If you go to the admin, you see an admin notice that says: “Thank you for becoming a user of our product feed pro plugin, much appreciated! Some of the features of this plugin have been locked as you are using the free version of this plugin. The added extra fields such as Brand and GTIN, WPML support, Aelia currency switcher support and the WooCommerce structured data bug fix are Elite features of this plugin. You can get your license key here.”
That notice does not have a dismiss button, but only and X to close it. Regardless of what admin page you are on, that notice is there. Clicking the X closes it on the current page, but when you either refresh or visit another admin page, the notice returns.
You would need to build in a true dismiss function and not just the close.
Please keep us posted.
Micha
Hi Micha,
We thought you meant this notification:

We will have a look at the other notification you mention. We know how to build a true dismiss function, thanks.
Best,
Eva
We know how to build a true dismiss function, thanks.
Well, not this time
As i told you, not even links in that naggin notice work
I couldn’t give you a good review from that link if i wanted
7.2.7 didn’t fixed issue

Hi Micha,
The notification in your screenshot you shared are not part of our plugin but coming from another one, I believe this one:

Eva,
Thanks for the quick reply again. I figured you knew how to build a dismiss function, but obviously you thought you solved the issue here and didn’t. Sounds like you just had a different notice in mind than what I was speaking to.
Thanks for looking into it and please update us when this is developed.
Micha
Hi Micha,
Try updating to version 7.2.8, it should now also save the is dismissible state of the notice we missed. Let me know if it worked.
Thanks for your feedback on this, appreciated!
All the best,
Eva
Eva,
Sorry, but it does not work. Here’s the screen shot from my site https://www.dropbox.com/s/lp6rmcgv0o9rloi/Screen%20Shot%202020-01-23%20at%2012.39.02%20PM.png?dl=0 AFTER I clicked the X.
Just so you know, I cleared server and browser caching just to be sure, even though it’s unlikely the admin is being cached.
Thanks,
Micha
Hi,
Assuming the issue at hand has been resolved and/or our support is no longer required I am going to close this topic for housekeeping reasons.
Don’t hesitate to reach out to us again whenever you need our help.
All the best,
Eva
Eva,
Unfortunately the newest version here did not fix this issue and no I didn’t disable cron. Please advise.

Excuse me while I go off topic and address the AdTribes Support Team person.
@evavangelooven I have archived your reply. @jorisverwater Please read and make sure this is taken seriously. Your behavior is putting your plugin and accounts in jeopardy here.
Please keep support of users on these forums. In the past you were asking users for admin access.
https://wordpress.org/support/topic/all-of-our-product-variations-stopped-working-in-google-merchant-center/?view=all#post-10368693
That’s not in dispute. When you continue to seek to send users off forums then you’re asking for access that is not appropriate. Free users of your plugin are not your customers. They never have been and you need to stop treating users here that way again.
I have also flagged your account temporarily. That just means that your post will need to be approved and @ notifications from you will not work.
