admin no more possible after changes in dashboard

I did something stupid by accident. In the dashboard I changed the starting folder http://www.sitename.nl/wordpress in www/sitename.nl. I erased the ‘/wordpress.’ The error says ‘Requested page nog found on the server’. Now my site is a mess and I can’t login anymore to restore it. Help is very very welcome. Thanks!
