    I’ve had a few customers saying they are not receiving a confirmation email after a booking is confirmed by ourselves.

    I’ve added another admin email address to the admin section and booking notifications come through fine to both emails. It’s the confirmation ones that don’t appear to be working as expected, they are sent to the customer but not to the admin email.

    Any ideas? (the toggle switch is on to receive them)

    Hi @beaconian,

    Can you try installing an email logging plugin, such as https://en-ca.wordpress.org/plugins/email-log/, so that we can test to see if the emails are being sent out and not making it through or just not being sent out at all?

    We haven’t had reports recently from anyone else of the admin notifications not being sent out, so it would be good to be able to narrow down where the problem might be happening.

    I’ve installed the email log plugin and put a test booking through. I can see that the confirmation email is being sent to the customer but not the admin email.

    Just to make sure that I understand the issue you’re experiencing, are you saying that when the admin confirms a booking, the admin doesn’t receive an email? In the case of the admin confirming an email, no email would be sent to the admin since they’re the one that did the confirming in the first place. Is the customer the one not receiving the email?

    Or am I completely misunderstanding the issue that you’re experiencing?

    That’s exactly right. Some customers, not all, are saying they are not receiving the email confirming or cancelling the booking. My guess is user error or it’s gone to junk, so I wanted to confirm that the emails are definitely being sent by cc’ing my email address in.
