# Admin Modify Order JavaScript/AJAX Changes

 * I have a customer with custom shipping and fee logic that was built into the 
   cart but that same functionality is missing in the admin order edit feature so
   the fees and shipping are not calculating correctly. The admin section uses JavaScript/
   AJAX heavily.
 * What is the proper “official” way of intercepting and modifying the data? I’ve
   attached a screenshot with arrows for your reference.
