Admin menu plugin

hi, i was wondering about something.
i installed it on my test site, http://blogs.techiecity.net/ctbluff and it seems like it displays the admin bar to everyone, and registration IS TURNED off. I’m wondering on how I can fix this so that it dosn’t display it unless someone is logged in, like Matt Read’s plugin (it seems like that causes an error on my current design and makes everything turn bold when logged in, but suprisngly enough only on pages and posts, not on the main home page.)
