admin menu missing

    I no longer seem to have the CONTACTS admin menu item. on the plugins page I have a settings link, but not in the admin sidebar. Is this a change from the previous version, or something else? I was using an admin UI manager but I reset it and uninstalled it. All the other plugins seem fine.
