Admin Mail after registration

    How can I change the design from the admin mail:
    It looks like this:

    form_id: 453
    Studioname: Kickboxen
    first_name: Max
    last_name: Mustermann
    strasse: Musterstraße 4
    plz: 8888
    ort: Muster
    …

    How can I change that there shown the Title or the Label instead of the Meta Key and in bold.

    eg. like this:
    Studioname: Kickboxen
    Vorname: Max
    Nachname: Mustermann
    Straße: Musterstraße 4
    Postleitzahl: 8888
    Ort: Muster

    or send this as CSV to admin?
