# admin links not working

 * Hello,
 * I have a problem with a client’s wordpress install. none of the links in the 
   admin work at all. when i click on one the url in the address bar changes but
   it stays on the dashboard page. I thought it was maybe a redirect but there are
   none. I have disabled javascript and still nothing. has anyone got any ideas 
   or has anyone seen this before?

 * Try deactivating all plugins and see if it still happens.
 * This can be done by renaming _plugins_ directory at _wp-content_ directory to
   something else, like _plugins-temp_.

 * I’ve tried that but the problem still occurs??
