 * I have found that when visiting [http://five-nil.com/wordpress](http://five-nil.com/wordpress)
   I am
    encountering a “Error establishing a database connection” message, what
   does this mean and what steps should i take to enable me access this page?

 * Is this your website? If so, you need to look in the wp-config file and be sure
   the database credentials are correct (database name, database user, and database
   password). If this is not your website, then you need to contact the site’s owner
   so they can deal with it. I hope this helps!

 * Yes it is my website. I have ensured that all the info on there is correct, even
   changed the password just to make sure. Still cant access the admin page…

 * You need to contact your web hosting provider. There’s an issue connecting to
   the database. The database connection is created using the information contained
   in the wp-config file. If the information is correct it may be an issue with 
   the database on the server’s side.
