Admin Left no log in

I need to know how to gain access, find or delete a site created in WP. My story, I have access to orlandooutdoorkitchens.com no problems, works great. However, 2 years ago the admin, who worked at the factory left, he sent me logins to to all 3 of my pages. Again great, no problems. Problem- There is a site/page out there, that IS my site, all my info, emails ect, not something set up to steal my customers it is: orlandooutdoorkitchens.com/newwp I think this is a new site/page the admin was working on but never finished. This is not the end of the world, I just can’t gain access, so I can’t update hours or fix info that has changed, it was not a completed site. Although it looks good I think it is time to do something with it. At times someone will contact me with a photo or statement from this page and will put it back on my radar. I was hoping it would just go away, but it hasn’t. I am not proficient with WP, so simple answers & question. No, contacting the old admin is not an option, he had a bad split when he left the factory, it may not be an over site that this got published and I don’t have a login, or It could be it is right in front of me when I log in and I don’t see it.
