# admin language not respecting preference

 * Just installed this, but it’s showing in the front end language/locale, not my
   preference which is English. all other plugins are english. this one is in greek(
   wp language).
 * I know it can be fixed. Had similar issue with another plugin and they patched
   it.
 * It should display is user language.

 * I didn’t translate anything, your plugin is not respecting user preference for
   language, it should be in English.

 * Well, we haven’t received such an error prior.
 * Can you please try after deactivating other third-party plugins installed on 
   your website except WPDM?
 * Also, please try with the default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty one as well
   to check whether it’s WPDM or theme-related.
 * If you have any caching plugins installed on your site, please disable them temporarily
   and then try after clearing your browser, website, and CDN caching.

 * I found greek translation file for downlaod manger .mo .po in wp-content/languages/
   plugins
 * I did not put it there. I delete those files and it shows english now.

 * P.s I ended up deleting the plugin because the greek language files are re-installed
   automatically by the plugin. It seems to detect the site language and download
   the translation. I don’t see option to change langauge in the plugin.
 * anyway sorry to waste your time, i removed it.
