Admin JS errors with french translations: double quotes needed
-
Hi,
I noticed a JS error in the admin section caused by the plugin JS variable “localized_data”.
You should double-quote each translated text in your JS object (or use addslashes on them) :
var localized_data = { 'button_title' : "<?php _e( 'Easy Forms for MailChimp by YIKES', 'yikes-inc-easy-mailchimp-extender' ); ?>", 'popup_title' : "<?php _e( 'Easy Forms for MailChimp by YIKES', 'yikes-inc-easy-mailchimp-extender' ); ?>", 'list_id_label' : "<?php _e( 'MailChimp Opt-In Form' , 'yikes-inc-easy-mailchimp-extender' ); ?>", 'show_title_label' : "<?php _e( 'Display Form Title' , 'yikes-inc-easy-mailchimp-extender' ); ?>", 'show_description_label' : "<?php _e( 'Display Form Description' , 'yikes-inc-easy-mailchimp-extender' ); ?>", 'submit_button_text_label' : "<?php _e( 'Custom Submit Button Text' , 'yikes-inc-easy-mailchimp-extender' ); ?>", 'submit_button_message' : "<?php _e( '<em>If left empty, the button will use the default submit button text .</em>', 'yikes-inc-easy-mailchimp-extender' ); ?>" };
