 * While researching a rash of 404 errors that keep occurring during routine admin
   tasks on some sites I run WordPress 3.0.4 on, I came across a comment that indicated
   there was an unclosed php tag in the admin-header.php file. I have searched for
   nearly 1.5 hours trying to find out more about this, but I keep coming up blank(
   maybe my search skills stink, but I can’t seem to find out any more about it.
 * The errors on my sites seemed to start with version 3+ but possibly sooner as
   I was on a hiatus 😉 for about 6 months.

 * I’ve been having a significant number of errors lately while doing routine WP
   admin tasks, and I have tried so many things that I’m willing to follow any lead
   I can find that might help me resolve my issues.
 * Is this something that is done purposely? I added a ?> at the end of the admin-
   header.php file just in case but I would prefer to know if I’ve done something
   that might introduce more errors or security issues.
 * I won’t know if the constant 404 errors / 500 internal server errors have been
   corrected until I work with the site again, but I would appreciate anyone telling
   me how I can find out if this is important. (Since I did edit my admin-header.
   php file on 2 sites as a test of sorts, and I might need to change it back…)
