Admin forcing old URL

    I recently switched dedicated hosting servers.
    I had WP in a folder on the old one.
    I put WP in the root on the new one.
    The old admin was me.com/kicked/wp-admin
    The new one is me.com/wp-admin
    Everything for me works fine.
    When I log in as her everything works fine.
    When my partner logs on as the same full administrator no matter what she does in any browser on any machine it forces the me.com/kicked/into the url. Takes her back to the now dead OLD server.
    If she tries to take the /kicked out, it comes right back.
    What could this be? I am stumped. And she is like 20 articles behind now…
