 * Once you’ve installed/upgraded and have everything correctly configured and all,
   which of the files in wp-admin are safe to delete?

 * I would say only the install.php file needs to be taken off from the wp-admin
   directory ..
 * At least that is all I do .. someone correct me if I am wrong .. 🙂

 * But if you’re fanatical about it, you can hit the import files (or directory 
   if this is 2.0) along with the following:
 * install.php
    install-helper.php upgrade.php upgrade-functions.php upgrade-schema.
