# Admin Email Not Received

 * We have your plugin installed to be used with the Asgaros Forum – we are using
   the Elementor Theme. The admin did not receive any emails. I am not sure if the
   user is to receive an email – but as a test I signed up as a user, and I didn’t
   receive one.
 * Is there an email plug in that needs installed. I am not using any WooCommerce
   plugins.

 * Thanks for using the New User Approve,
 * No, you do not need any additional plugins to send emails.
 * It looks like a hosting issue, can you confirm you are receiving emails from 
   other plugins?
 * You can also install an ‘Email Log’ plugin to check if the email is actually 
   being sent from the code.

 * Thank you for your reply! I installed an email log, and it shows that the emails
   were delivered to the person registering. No email was received – we checked 
   all folders.
