• All my emails are going to the wrong account and I can’t figure out this process.

    Here are my steps
    1. Installed plugin the “from” address was set to support@mysite.com
    2. Emails were received at this address (support)
    3. I had to change our e-mail addresses to (office)
    4. Re-authetnticated everything all over in the wizard with (office)
    5. Emails were now being sent FROM office TO support
    —Not sure why they were being sent to support (the to field is blank)

    6. Made sure the WP email in Settings > General was (office)
    7. Still had the same problem listed in #5.
    8. Logged into WP as an administrator and changed the admin email (user profile section)

    9. Then it started working as it should (From office) and (to office).

    Problem – I don’t want the WP administrator email being associated with “office”, it should be support. However, I want all “web inquiry” emails to go to “office”.

    Suggestions?
