Admin dashboard dissapeared

I activated Woo-binary mlm plugin and later I couldn’t login as an administrator. I’ve tried deactivating all the plugins without logging. I used Cpanel file manager and phpmyadmin to deactivate and activate plugins. I could log in but where it’s supposed to be the dashboard there is no menu its just the sign of the dashboard and my website link. As I can’t delete the woo-binary mlm plugin from my dashboard I decided to remove them from the cpanel and php my admin options. Still I cannot access my dashboard and my website menu still shows the menu created by Woo-binary mlm. Please assist, how can I get my admin dashboard back so I can properly remove this plugin
