 * I’m locked out of my admin dashboard. Correction, I can log in to it and see “
   WordPress News” and my website activity. But I don’t have access to my pages,
   posts, plugins, themes, etc.
 * I’ve gone to the ftp folders and disabled plugins. What next?
 * Help.
