 * Are you the master admin? Hmm, perhaps I should rephrase the question, do all
   admins receive comment notifications with 2.5+?
 * It used to be only the main WP admin that you define in your options settings.

 * Looks like the address in “settings” – general settings gets the moderation email,
   then the AUTHOR gets the “there’s a new comment” email when it is approved.
