The client can see messages and send messages. However the admin sees “This chat has already been answered. It is also annoying that when this happens, I cannot re-initiate a new chat with the user. These plugins were recently installed. The issue would not be so bad if I could re-initiate a chat after it closed, but that is not possible. Is there any reason that chats cannot be re-initiated after they have been closed? It seems the user must leave the site and return later in order to re-initiate a chat from the admin side.
