 * Hi Folks,
 * I am creating a new website to handle all of my clients. Here i want to have 
   a separate admin login to manage the user access and other features. Also i have
   to create a client section to display a dashboard and graphical visuals based
   on the data provided.
 * Do we have a predefined template that can be used as i don’t want to start from
   scratch.. please help me with the details

    I do not know
   of any theme that will do what you are after.
 * You could use WordPress Multisite to do this.
