Admin can’t see the normal site despite being on a list of whitelisted users

    Hi,

    I can’t see the normal site with Construction Mode enabled. Administrator field is ticked on the Whitelisted User Roles and user “admin” added to a list of Whitelisted Users. What might be the problem?

    WordPress version: 6.0.2
    UCP Version: 3.93
    PHP Version: 7.4.30
    Site URL: https://www.intezis.hr
    WordPress URL: https://intezis.hr
    Theme: Avada v7.8.1

    Hi,

    It sounds like it might be a cache issue where your server is showing the cached version of the pages in Under Construction state to everyone.
    Try opening it with a random query variable when logged in like https://www.intezis.hr/?nocache=12345 and see if it shows the normal page.

    Hi,

    An issue occurred because WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL) were not exactly the same in WordPress General Settings.
