    Hi @ryendel,

Make sure that you are not mixing up community roles and WordPress roles.
You can check this in User section on your dashboard.
Do you have any other roles or membership plugins installed?
Please do a conflict test to rule out conflicts with other plugins and see if this issue goes away. How to do a plugin/theme conflict test?

    Regards.

I’m using BBPress to create fóruns and Restrict Content Pro for paid membership. I believe the problem is with Restrict Content Pro.
The Ultimate Membership has the options of Content Availability. So when I need to create some content just for some membership plan didn’t work the right way.

There’s any way to disable this option of content availability from Ultimate Membership? Or how have be the configuration for use both plugins at the same time?

    Hi @ryendel,

Unfortunately, there is no option to disable UM content restriction settings.
Since the plugins have the same functionality I’m afraid, you can’t use them at the same time.

    Regards.
