# admin cannot connect chat console

 * Hi! It worked before I created new database. Now available only one connect from
   external vivsitor. Admin can not connect to chat console – “please wait”… Where
   could I make mistake?

    please make sure 
   if there are no errors in browser console and Firebase credentials are correctly
   set into the plugin options
