ADMIN Bar with no Dashboard

    I can log in as ADMIN however I do not have access to admin profile or the admin dashboard. I can disable the plugin with FTP access but the problem is still there? I’m at a total loss. Is there something that you can think of to do. With your knowledge or wordpress and capabilities I was hoping you could help.

    Also the plugin saved / backed up information before I made changes. Is there a way to change everything back? I do have access to the database and files.

    You can log into your web hosting control panel and use phpMyAdmin (or another SQL query utility) to edit the options table of your WP database, updating the active role definitions with the backup value.

    Backup:
    option_name = capsman_backup

    Active:
    option_name = [wp_]user_roles

    (where [wp_] is the database prefix set in your wp-config.php file)
