Admin Bar Will Not Display EvenThough

Admin Bar will not display even though I have enabled it to be there when I view my pages. That feature WAS really handy. I’ve tried everything from deleting my history files, un-ticking the box, saving and then ticking the box again and saving tha changes. Nothing will make it show up. I evev temporarily disabled my Google Toolbar as I thought maybe that was the problem but still no Admin Bar?!? Does anyone have a clue as to why this would not be working. It was working earlier this morning?
