"Admin Bar User Switching" Fail Under v4.3

    This happens when the current page you are looking at in the admin is not allowed for the user you switch to.

    For example if you are on the plugins page logged in as you (the admin) and you use the admin bar to switch to a subscriber, as soon as you switch the user does not have permissions for that page and therefore you get the message.

    Not sure of a fix really for this.
